In 2005 I purchased a Bungalow, thinking of renting the basement, to help on the bills. I ended up having to move for work 6 months later. Since then I have been able to keep it rented for the last 10+ years. Over the years, I have had my share of bad tenants, and have learned a great deal! I am a pretty good handyman, so have done the majority of the maintenance, upgrades, quick fixes. But I know when I am over my head, with some things, Roofing, Carpets, and drywall... let the experts handle those areas! Since joining BP I have finally seen the light and I am looking to jump into Real Estate investments and build my portfolio!
