I am married with six kids and live on the ranch I grew up on. I am a real estate investor and a mortgage lender in a small rural community in NE New Mexico. I love being able to help people achieve their own financial goals through my investments and my job. Experience: Currently own 20 residential units, one commercial unit and 21 storage units. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to have $50,000 per year net cash flow so that my wife can stay home with our children. In 2020 I ended the year at about $16k. Currently Seeking: Looking for multi-family properties in TX, NM and OK to hold and also SFR properties that I can resell and carry the financing.
