I own a event planner and designer business, now getting back into real estate investment because my family own a couple of rental property. I found my passion in real estate again because I'm looking at property and figure out the cost. Experience: Rental, leasing, commercial rental, section 8. Going to networking meeting and reading books on real estate. Real Estate Goals: To own a couple of rental property on my own with flipping and wholesaling within the next two years.
