I am a christian, a husband, and a dad of two. I work as a home health physical therapist full-time. My job is very flexible and I don't work full-time hours, so it allows me to spend much of my time focusing on REI. I have now flipped two SF properties and one duplex. I purchased (with family/friend partners) three small apartments between August and November last year, so I now control 34 units. I am now working on launching an apartment syndication business. I recently started a new podcast that focuses on MF investing. I bring on great guests every week and focus primarily on how they got started in REI and then how they transitioned into MF investing. I also talk with them about how REI has affected their faith and their family.
