Hi, I’m Jacob Guereca, a Wisconsin-based contractor and real-estate entrepreneur. I founded Legacy Construction after more than a decade working hands-on in nearly every trade—carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, roofing, and more. What started as a personal passion for building has grown into a full-service contracting and land-development company. I’m currently focused on value-add remodels, infill development, and small multi-home subdivisions around Milwaukee, Racine, and the surrounding areas. My goal is to create quality housing while building generational wealth and opportunity for my family and community.
