Non Profit veteran in the homelessness and mental health arenas for the past 15 years in Salt Lake City, UT and Brisbane, Australia. My wife and I stumbled into house hacking before we knew the jargon when we purchased our first home (duplex) in May 2018. We desire to become BRRRR practitioners to buy and hold multifamily units. Our goal is to achieve a monthly income of $10k within 5 years.
