I am a lawyer (IP) in the SF Bay Area. Oakland native. I bought a two unit house in Richmond 13 years ago, live in one rent out the other. I'm interested in investing in rental properties in my area or other markets if it makes sense. Currently building out my network and educating myself. Accredited Investor.
