I love everything about real estate. Ever since graduate school, I've been drawn to it. I'm at a point in my life where I feel like I've talked enough...it's time for action. After a few years of renting, I am once again a homeowner. And my other half and I are planning to purchase a rental this summer and another next year. I have been reading everything I can get my hands on and listening to podcasts nonstop. I'm interested in buy and hold properties. Planning to start off with ones that don't need as much work and then branching into BRRRRs. Will consider multifamily properties after I get a few single families under my belt. I am a communication strategist by day. Interested in doing some writing for the web on real estate and personal finance. I'm a huge fan of biggerpockets and excited to be a more involved member of the family.
