I graduated college in 2018 and went straight to work at an investment company in Boston doing IT/Business Analysis work. That same year I got my first salary raise information and my first adult apartment--my salary increased by 3% and my rent increased by 4%. That is when I knew I had to find another way, and the real estate bug bit me HARD. Ever since then I have tuned into bigger pockets and scoured redfin/zillow for multi family and condo properties, desperately searching for a deal that I could afford. Luckily, I found a fixer-upper that cut my living expenses by over 30%! I know Real Estate is going to be my way to secure wealth and financial security, that is why I am hungry for another deal. I would love to invest in my market, but the high sticker price presents a lot of barriers, so I am open to investments all over the North East.
