Gabriel Haney

Gabriel Haney is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Realtor, and Insurance Agent. Gabe was born and raised in Northern California. He attended Monterey High School, and later attended University California Monterey Bay. In 2002, he began his real estate carrier as a Loan Officer in San Diego, California, where he became a top producer. He currently lives and works in Half Moon Bay, California and Boulder, Colorado. Thanks to 15+ years in the Mortgage industry, Gabe is now adept at providing clients with the assistance that they need with home financing. Gabe’s experience crosses all areas of the mortgage business. As co-founder of his own real estate investing company, he is pleased to be able to offer counsel and support at every stage of the process, from initial inquiries right through to mortgage completion. He has specifically dedicated the last 10 years of his career towards helping potential home buyers who might otherwise struggle to secure traditional home financing. His in-depth knowledge of the industry means that he knows how to find the optimum banking rates, whatever the financial back story of the client. Gabe strongly believes that every American has the right to own property, and he is therefore passionate about helping people to realize this right, even if they have no credit, poor credit history, or history of bankruptcy or foreclosure. Gabe is motivated by the need to help secure deals for individuals and families who have gotten used to hearing everyone else say no. This is just one of the reasons why he has developed a credit healthy program to help clients to understand when they will be "mortgage ready". When he is away from the office, Gabe enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two children…with one on the way. He loves to spend time surfing the waves off of the California coastline or snowboarding on the ski slopes of Colorado mountains.
