We have been in real estate for over two year now and are always looking for a great deal if you have one, please let us know. Experience: My husband and I have purchased and sold a number of primary residences. We have had very good success in buying as neighborhoods were just beginning to get hot and have always made good money on our purchases/sales. We have bought and sold a number of times with just a flat rate realtor's assistance. Real Estate Goals: Our primary goal is to do "buy and hold/rent" type investments that will cash flow to build up a strong passive income stream. Our goal is to accelerate our ability to retire from our full time jobs. We are happy to do fix and flips as well if we find deals in neighborhoods that may not appreciate very much or properties that don't lend themselves to renting. Currently Seeking: Our top priority right now is to learn the in's & out's of the business - best practices, how to avoid mistakes, how to analyze, finance deals and do efficient, cost effective rehaps
