Newbie in real estate investing (2017). Accumulated 5 rental properties and completed 3 flips so far. Our goal for 2019 is to venture on small multi-family properties 25 units below primarily in Lansing and surrounding areas, Michigan. My husband and I work together managing our small portfolio plus the flipping business on top of our current day jobs. Our WHY: We want to build a business where we can have the power to control the results. Our long term goal is to accumulate enough SFH and Multi to cash flow $10k monthly plus our 1-2 flips per year and quit our day jobs in 4 years, travel back and forth to the Philippines and sponsor kids who need help to pursue their dreams through education ❤🙏 🤜🤛
