I also own and lend to numerous commercial projects and have bought/sold multifamily apartment communities. I've done flips and brokered over $300 Million worth real estate deals for others. I also operated a property management company that managed passive real estate for investments. I’ve established joint ventures with foreign national partners as well as leveraged my experience by sponsoring multifamily deals for investors. I understand the importance of continuing education and am always seeking to expand my knowledge in the field.
