My wife and I are interested in real estate investing through buy and hold of multi-family properties. We are both engineers in our mid-20's with the dream of early retirement from our engineering careers by our mid-40's. We have purchased one duplex in Dekalb IL and are currently looking for a house hack duplex in Rochelle IL, and third rental duplex in Dekalb. We are learning so much from BP, we listen to the bp podcasts every day during our commutes to/from work, and engage in the forums weekly. We are excited to learn & accelerate our REI growth.
