Leonard Adams

I'm a native Texan from San Antonio and currently residing in Houston. However, I have lived in Oklahoma, Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I love the outdoors hunting, camping, fishing etc. Traveling to other cities in the US as well as visiting other countries is another favorite past time. I guess that you could say that I'm starting my second real estate life. From 1999 to 2006, I was very active in the Pittsburgh market wholesaling, retailing, executing creative real estate deals, purchasing, renting, and managing rental properties (primarily single family homes). Currently, I'm residing in the Youngtown, Oh area. I'm interested in wholesale, BRRRR, and multi-unit investments. I've relocated back to Texas and looking to Fix and Flip right now, but I'll be venturing into other areas of RE soon. I'm always open to exchanging new ideas and learning about other real estate opportunities.
