I have lived in several places around the country and I have now settled down in Omaha, NE. I have had an SFR in Warren, MI for several years and now want to jump into small MFR. A few years back I met a fellow investor who introduced me to BP and things haven't been the same since. I have learned a lot and have expanded my goals accordingly. Experience: I have spent years researching different types of real estate investing - notes, flips, tax sales, etc - and finally took the plunge. I bought my first SFR in MI and have a great tenant in place. Real Estate Goals: I would like to purchase one more SFR within the next year and purchase a MFR shortly thereafter. In the next 5-7 years, I would like to own 15-20 units. I plan to achieve expansion by focusing on steady rental income by quality tenants, capital appreciation, and strategic partnerships. I would also like to take advantage of strategic tax lien purchases. Currently Seeking: - Learn how use my existing equity to continue to build my REI endeavors in a sustainable fashion - Education on other property types such as multifamily and raw land - Remote management
