About myself
Im Leon Chappell from North Carolina. I am trying to find as much information as I can to help me make good investing decisions. I like to reduce the probability of failure. My main questions come from the financing side of investing Experience: I have owned one duplex for 2 years. I'm living in one side and renting out the other. Real Estate Goals: I honestly would like to have enough rental income to only work about 20hours a week and have $5000 monthly income.
