Leonel Barradas

Hey there ! I've spent 20 years as an employee in the enterprise world, trying to make my way up on the corporate ladder and lived for too long worried about putting as much as I could on my retirement plan....until one day, I stumbled with real state... I purchased one rental with my savings, without any knowledge or previous experience, and soon I realized about the power of cash flow.. at first, I was just cash flowing a few bucks per month, but then, I decided to go for my second rental..still purchased it with my savings.. I knew I was getting into something, and without solid financial education, I started to seek for advice from those around me.. and here I'm.. I happened to find BP and I'm excited about the opportunity to connect with others that are ahead in the journey, as well as those who're just getting started.. Looking forward to making of real state a life changer by sharing and learning from everyone else!
