Hi BPers, I have an ecommerce business that been running for 8 years, so I generally have plenty of free time. I actually studied Real Estate Investing as my major back in college but did not go into that route when I started my internet business. Right now, I want to continue the RE venture. I am currently interested in Northern/Mid NJ/Western CT and Upstate NY area mainly for multi-family and commercial apartment investments.
