About myself
I am a self-employed Accountant, which allows a flexible schedule and time to do more real estate investing. I grew up in the Bay Area and now live in the Monterey area. Experience: I currently own one duplex. I manage it myself. Real Estate Goals: Looking to do more investing with flipping, wholesaling, or holds on multifamily or short-term rentals. Would like to network with savvy investors, especially those who live or invest on the central coast. Currently Seeking: Mentors, partners, or just inspiration.
