Leslie Awasom

Leslie Awasom is the Director of Operations and Co-Founder of XSITE Capital Investment LLC, where he leads company operations, data analysis, and financial planning, helping investors build passive income through multifamily real estate. Leslie’s journey into real estate investing started in 2017, and in 2019, he pivoted from single properties to multifamily assets. As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), Leslie experienced firsthand the demanding hours and sacrifices, which drove him to seek a path to financial freedom. Now, with over $168M in real estate assets, Leslie commits his time to empowering other healthcare professionals and busy professionals to escape burnout and build wealth on their terms. Through Beyond 9 to 5, he and the XSITE Capital team have built a community, where they provide guidance, resources, and mentorship to others looking to secure their financial futures. Beyond his professional achievements, Leslie is a dedicated husband and proud father of three - two beautiful girls and a son. When he's not analyzing market trends or mentoring aspiring investors, he enjoys reading and flying drones.
