I have been in the property management business for over 20 years. Introduced at a young age by my father in the Los Angeles area of California, where I grew up, I learned about investing in real estate and the hard work of cleaning up, painting, and restoring rental properties. After getting a degree in Elementary Education and teaching for a spell, I became a stay-at-home mom, and began investing in and managing my own property, as well as others, while raising 5 amazing children in Kansas. Today I serve as Manager of Property Management at SNC Group (formerly Property Management Partners), a Wichita based company. We manage single-family and multifamily residential properties, as well as commercial. I'm proud to say we have been the fastest growing business in Wichita the last two years in a row, according to the Wichita Business Journal. We recently re-branded to SNC Group to reflect that we do so much more than property management now.
