Hello, My name is Leviticus Roberson I am a New investor to theTampa Florida market. I have ZERO experience in Real Estate other then reading books and listening to pod cast. I have worked out a few paper deals to see what my number will look like so I can get a better understanding of how deals work. I am doing the 90 day challenge as of 12/24/2018.
