I am from Pittsburgh PA. Moved to Indiana with my mom when I was a teen. Graduated from Lakeland High School Class of 74. Graduated from a management corse through the city of Elkhart and had a few years of electrical engineering. Went on to being a stockholder in an electrical manufacturing companies. Operated several of them I functioned as the General Manager. I sold off stocks in some, others faltered as the market and economy went down. My passion has always been with real estate. Had purchased and lived in a fixer upper. Went really great and the next purchase was supposed to be one that nothing would need or want to be done. That only lasted a few years. My imagination couldn't be stopped. Turned the 1120 sq. ft. Lake home into a 2200 sq. ft walk out lower level to the lake. That was so much fun. Now have started a company Lewis Property Solutions LLC, with my son. We have started from the ground up doing property preservation, then into rehabbing and then fix and flips. Those are my favorite. Such a variety of projects and transition to enjoy. Experience: Held an Indiana Real Estate license for 2 years. Did some wholesale deals. Listed some properties. As Lewis Property Solutions we have been doing preservation work for both nationals, local Realtors and banks. We have helped others locate properties for flips and investments. Worked out the cost to rehab for a few investment firms and handled rehabbing. Have also done a few flips. Love that the most. Real Estate Goals: Have a complete Real Estate investment portfolio, and flipping several properties per month. Currently Seeking: Find buyers, sellers, and investment partners.
