Well about me, Married to a wonderfull Lady and have 2 healthy Awsome kids I am an Electrician with Local union #3IBEW NYC. I have over 20 years in the trade first completing my 5 1/2 year apprenticeship and moving on to Journeyman/wireman. My first venture in to buying realestate was a condo in Astoria Queens.we sold 2 years later and that is when the light came on!!! I could not believe the amount of Money that we made from that sale😃 we now live in a 2 family house and Im reading and researching my next steps to conquer this Industry. This site with all of its contents has given me a New set of goals and is proving itself priceless to me as far as the knowledge. Im looking to network with people and provide some sort of value to likeminded people along our journey. Id Love to be able to give advice about Building/trade related stuff, as well as Build my portfolio. My Main Objective is Buy&Hold,& Flips.
