I'm a licensed realtor and investor coming back into the industry because I'm tired of the every day grind of the IT world. I'm looking to engulf myself in the world of real estate investing and create a legacy for my family and future grandchildren. Experience: Real estate is a second career for me but it has always been something I'm passionate about, hence why this is my 2nd time being a Realtor. I'm also an active investor (residential) and am looking to become an active investor with multifamily and multi-unit properties. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to Wholesale residential properties with an occasional fix and flip and to use commercial /multi-unit/multi-family for my long term holds. Currently Seeking: Currently I'm looking for private money sources for my residential fix and flip projects. I'm also looking for partners for commercial deals, primarily multi-unit or multi-family opportunities.
