I am a newbie in the real estate world. My wife and I have been married six years, we currently own two successful companies that are continuously expanding and I am excited to be able to focus on a new journey in real estate. I have been reading lots of books, listening to podcasts doing all research possibly known and I am eager to expand my portfolio. Currently working on a business plan and strategy, however instead of getting deeper into books etc I wanted to start engaging and learning from the real world. With so many options and avenues available I get adventurous to say the least! I just want to learn, get more involved and start pulling the trigger on a positive more secure future with passive income. Current real estate - I own two single family homes in MI, not the best move I've made, business was going well an opportunity came up so I took it, without doing all my homework or even having any knowledge, very silly and lots to learn from, not a complete loss but just made me want to learn more, be successful in this field and generate passive income with a good retirement.
