Welcome to my profile! I'm a young working professional that's beginning to get my feet wet with real estate. I've been involved with investing since early high school where I opened a stock brokerage account. Since then, I have evolved to index fund investing and P2P leading. I am now learning the fundamentals in real estate to add as a tool in my investing toolbox. Professionally, I am an engineer for a test equipment manufacturer. I have experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration equipment along with number crunching. As a hobby, I make and update websites. My current project is http://SmartSolarKits.com Experience: I am a current renter in the Boston area. I have helped my friends and family decide on rentals in the area as well. For three years, I was the house manager/Resident Assistant for approximately 40 people (20 rooms) during college. Currently Seeking: Perhaps a partner or a mentor for creative investing. I have great create, but not too much cash at the moment as I am saving for graduate school.
