I am a wholesaler and buy & hold investor in the Atlanta, GA metro area. Experience: My real estate experience is contained to the retail home side. The very first property purchased in 2004 for $169k and sold 22 months later for $199k. I was hooked there but still didn't find out how to buy correctly as an investor until 10 years later. I have a better idea now. Negotiated multiple deals for property with distressed owners with tax issues. Real Estate Goals: Utilize wholesale strategies to generate capital to buy cash flow properties/businesses that exceed $10,000/mth of net cash flow.
