Primarily a BRRRR INVESTOR in Tampa. To date have invested in Multi-family duplexes, triplexes, or SFR with potential in-law suite. Mostly interested in Triplexes or Quadplexes. Doing a couple flips as well to re-capitalize. Interested in meeting others with like minded real estate goals and those who would like to get into buying apartment complexes. Eventually would like to develop townhouses with the right people but right now I’m very focused on building the rentals portfolio.
