I’m a New Jersey Realtor and Real Estate Appraiser with over 30 years of experience in real estate, valuation, sales, and investment analysis. I assist investors, home buyers, and sellers at every level from those purchasing, selling, or investing for the very first time to experienced investors and real estate professionals looking to grow their portfolios and identify their next opportunity. I don’t simply look at what a property is listed for I look at value, potential, market trends, comparable sales, renovation upside, zoning, and most importantly, whether the numbers make sense. Over the years, I’ve been involved in residential and commercial appraisal, acquisitions, investment properties, multifamily real estate, development opportunities, and traditional residential sales. I enjoy helping people see the potential in real estate while also giving them a realistic perspective on the risks and opportunities involved.
