Lily Quan

Born in Los Angeles, California, raised between Hong Kong, Taiwan and Chile, she learned Cantonese, Mandarin and Spanish. She relates best as a Southern California girl who is passionate about golf, surf and snowboarding. After receiving her bachelor degree from Long Beach State University as an all-star track & field student athlete, she took a gap year in Hong Kong to teach English before earning her Master of Art degree from San Diego State University in Educational leadership. Wanderlust led her to earn her wing as a flight attendant for American Airlines while she obtained her private pilots’ license. Post September 11, the new path led her to career path of real estate. Then in 2003, her career started in the resale world as a loan officer and real estate agent. She found herself being recruited to homebuilding industry where she had an illustrious career as a new homes consultant for successful private and public developers such as Irvine Company & Lennar, where she managed the sales and marketing aspect of new construction. The process of selling a home including single family homes to high-rises from ground-up was an art she adored and practiced for 13 years and earned Her shift to private money lending was natural as she realized the need to service high net worth clients in congruency to what she already loved, which is help her clients make home ownership a reality. Challenging herself professionally is where she feels most comfortable. She consciously with humility and integrity aims to be the private banker of choice. She moved to Northern California for family and currently resides in West San Jose with her super active twin identical boys, a supportive and loving husband and an old pound dog.
