I'm newish to REI, paying mortgage on a house I purchased in 2017 as a primary residence. I have Airbnb hosting/house hacking experience but would like to make REI my side hassle. Fast forward to 2023 now, the house I bought in 2017 has been fully rented out since 2021 and I'm keeping it as a rental cuz I just bought a 2-family house in Jersey City area to house hack. Love to connect. I'm eager to learn from everyone from different angles.
