Linda Osborn

I began my career as an electrical engineer and worked in contract manufacturing industry primarily in test engineering for several decades. In addition to technology, I love working with people and have a talent for helping them grow. I quickly moved into management, helping to shape skilled and highly talented individuals into strong cohesive teams, with the additional goal of improving their lives along the way. Experience: I’ve invested in real estate since 1996, when I opted to convert my primary residence to a rental property and move to Texas. Later I did some 1031 exchanges to purchase investment properties in Texas. When I made the choice to switch careers out of engineering, real estate was the obvious choice. I got my real estate license in 2015 and am now buying, selling, investing & leasing full-time. My husband and I also provide private funding to investors. Real Estate Goals: To learn, grow and specializing in investing & working with investors, including helping new investors create and put into action a plan for their real estate investing. Eventually gaining financial freedom with passive income for myself & my family. Currently Seeking: People interested in investing in Austin real estate, especially in the areas north of Austin proper. Private & hard money lenders for future investment deals. I am also looking for good contractors for personal and referral work in the same area(s).
