This "basic" form doesn't leave it open for us to indicate that we have 2 locations. I am located both in So CA and in Las Vegas. My background is mostly in commercial real estate. I can help you find real estate and I have good contacts across the US, especially in CA, NV, TX, FL, MS, NC, SC. I am NOT an agent, but can "birddog" for you. I have been in the RE business, as an investor, as an agent, and have done management for many years. I am very knowledgeable with RE accounting, and very familiar with Yardi, an excellent property management software. Don't hesitate to contact me if there's some business we can do together. ASK!
