I am a sales/office manager for a real estate investment company in Loveland, CO. In addition to learning more for work purposes, I am a newbie investor and have bought my first mortgage note. I would like to learn more about buy and holds, fix and flips and all other types of investing in the real estate world with the end goal monthly positive cash flow leading to the ability to work an 8-5 out of desire rather than necessity.
