Husband and wife investment team. We are married with two kids living in Gainesville, FL. We have one SFR and under contract for a vacation rental (closing Feb 5, 2021 with rentals booked until April!). We are looking for wholesale deals, BRRRRs, and short-term rentals throughout North Central Florida. Lindsay's background is in marketing and sales in the architecture and engineering industry. Jason has been a commercial construction project manager for more than 15 years. Our dream is to develop smaller home communities in urban areas.
