I am a enthusiastic and results driven real estate investor. I recently joined my father, Gary Aye, in the real estate business. His company, O.P.M. Invested Inc. was incorporated in 1993 and in that time he has bought, rehabbed, flipped, wholesaled, and rented out over 100 properties basically on his own. We are in the process of taking the business to the next level. It is time to remove him from the contracting aspect and hire out for that. Our goal is to let my father focus on the entrepreneur aspect of the business, generate new leads, and oversee the work sites without getting his hands dirty. I am new to real estate investing and I plan to develop the brand my father has already created to increase the amount of investors and leads we reach thereby increasing the amount of properties we flip and increase profits for all involved. I am looking to this site to gain insight into the investor world, generate leads for private money lenders, network with other investors and add to my buyers list.
