I got hooked on real estate in 2013 when I bought a foreclosure and house hacked my way through the renovations. As a former designer, I am passionate about finding homes with potential and bringing them back to life. Currently I'm a full time real estate agent in the Twin Cities. I want to share the knowledge I've learned and authentically help people. Experience: House hacked several properties, owner of multifamily and single family rentals. My strategy has been the BRRR method - purchasing distressed properties, renovating and hanging on to them as rental properties. I then leverage these properties to purchase more. Real estate agent for the past 6 years helping investors and transitional home buyers / sellers. I have a keen eye for design. Currently Seeking: Building a network with like-minded investors.
