I have a day job as a Transformation Director / Strategy Consultant in IT, however in my spare time (evenings and weekends) I invest in real estate. I got my start in real estate as a residential building contractor/residential home flipper/landlord in Minnesota back 2004-2009 (until the market crashed... ouch!) I took a break, then moved to AZ in 2015 and started flipping houses again. I really struggle with finding good sub's, so I am looking to take a little more passive approach.
