I run a marketing/lead generation company for small businesses, however, my wife and I also invest in real estate. We've owned three homes since 2009 and managed them since then which has been quite successful. Solid appreciation, no tenant drama, a very low vacancy rate. We've focused on our careers, family, life, since then, but, we're now excited to ramp up our efforts in real estate and are leaning toward small MFR and/or STR.
