*** Real Estate Agent looking to Mentor or Partner with an Experienced Investor*** I've been pre-approved for a loan and it's burning a hole in my pocket! I need to figure out a strategy - specifically what would be the best use of my money (cash flow or fix/flip) and how to evaluate a deal. I've purchased a few homes over the years, done extensive remodeling, been a real estate agent (still have my license), and have rented my home for the last 5 years, so now I'm a landlord too. I'm new to real estate investing, but learn quickly and am good with numbers and digging up info. Eventually I'd like to get into real estate developing... but for now I want to start building my portfolio.
