My husband and I made our first investment in 2003 with 1.5 acre of land and (2) duplex units. We have gone on to purchase additional rental units where we offer long term and furnished short term units. Because of our love of “anything property related”, I decided to get my real estate license in 2018. Our portfolio consists of several condos, duplexes, a 4 plex, and a 5 plex. Looking to continue our investment options, give back to our communities, and enjoy the benefits of residual income.
