I first considered investing in real estate in 2016, when I read The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary Keller. I'm a self-employed Horticulturist. My husband is a self-employed Carpenter, who has rehabbed lots of houses for others. Now its time for us to rehab our own properties. We're interested in BRRR... it fits best with our experience, finances and goals. We're looking for that first deal and using Bigger Pockets tools everyday.
