I live in Southern California. I did two live in flips in California prior to 2019. I am now investing in Multifamily out of state. At the moment (fall 2019) I have multi family properties in Texas, and will be looking to find another one in 2020. I found BP the first week of May 2019, and I became a Pro Member the first week. This is a great community, and I am very happy to have had a friend mention it to me.
