About myself
I love real estate! I've always been the person that looks at the MLS to look at homes for sale. Even, when I'm not in the market for a new home/investment. I cut my teeth on a mid size multi unit (7 units) but I bought in the wrong area and had many hard lessons. Finally closed on a duplex in North Topsail Beach, NC using Airbnb.
