I am a former real estate agent but have rekindled my love for real estate in the last few years. I have a Masters Degree in Social Worker and a Certification in Case Manager. I have been the Director of Case Management at a local hospital for the past 15 years. My husband and I are relatively new to real estate investing. We own 4 properties including 2 short term rental properties, 1 vacation home and our current residence. We are looking to add 5-10 more properties to our portfolio over the next 5 years. We are interested in vacation rentals, single family residence, multi-plex (4 units or less) and mobile homes. We love to share any knowledge we have learned with others and our always trying to gain additional knowledge.
