I am a Grand Rapids real estate investor and a licensed Agent with Greenridge Realty. I had a little experience rehabbing homes and investing in rentals with my ex-spouse. But I started investing on my own with an LLC in 2016. I bought 5 homes in 2.5 years, some were bank-owned. Flipped 3 and kept two rentals, a duplex and a single family. I am currently up to 12 'doors' between here and the lakeshore for my personal rentals. I have sold a number of 2-4 unit properties recently and I'd love to help other investors wanting to get started investing in Grand Rapids. I live in the city, and know it well.
