I’m a Los Angeles–based property manager and the founder of RSFLA Property Management, with over 20 years of experience managing multifamily properties across the city. I specialize in vintage and character-rich buildings—particularly 1920s–1950s assets—and work closely with independent owners who want thoughtful, detail-oriented management rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. My background is rooted in both operations and aesthetics. I approach property management through a “viewfinder” lens—balancing strong systems, regulatory compliance, and financial performance with an eye for design, presentation, and tenant experience. From lease-up and repositioning to navigating LA’s complex regulatory environment (RSO, SCEP, Just Cause), I help owners stabilize and elevate their properties while preserving what makes them unique. I’m especially passionate about helping mom-and-pop owners bring clarity and structure to buildings that have been self-managed or are in transition. My work often involves organizing documentation, implementing systems, refining leasing strategies, and positioning units to stand out in a competitive and evolving rental market.
