Elizabeth Newcombe

I am a real estate agent licensed in MA and soon to be NH, and am planning to become a broker. I have been a licensed real estate agent since 2014, and was with a small firm specializing in investment and rental property in Boston. I have moved to NH and now work full time as a financial advisor with a large financial firm where I started in 2017. I just slow-flipped my first house, and am now building my Dreamhouse with attached rental apartment. I plan to invest in multi-families as a buy and hold investor in the years ahead, and also using the BRRR strategy, in addition to flipping houses. My brother owns a real estate franchise and my goal is to become a broker so we can list all of his properties in-house. Would love to network with investors and developers in New Hampshire, and look forward to getting re-focused on Real Estate so I can retire early 😉. Would love to meet some reputable and talented contractors who might help with my own house build and future projects.
